How does GammaSorb®work?

GammaSorb (gamma cyclodextrin) has been shown to improve the absorption of certain fat-soluble nutrients by enveloping them in a water-soluble shell. To be more specific, the gamma cyclodextrin plant-derived molecules surround fat-soluble ingredients in an open-ended microscopic structure, the exterior of which is water soluble.
